A busy weekend of open houses in Nashville and Franklin

    come on in
We’re lucky at ACRE to continually get to represent wonderful sellers and buyers, helping new-construction houses become family homes for the first time, and bringing new lives and new memories into long-loved properties.

Right now, we’re also in the middle of one of our busier seasons, with a collection of Nashville-area listings that we’re really excited about. This weekend, we’re sharing that excitement by opening up several of our favorites for Sunday open houses.

This weekend’s rundown almost runs the gamut of Middle Tennessee househunting needs: charming historic home close to downtown, brand new properties with expansion potential, and a huge and well-kept family home in a spectacular Franklin location.

If you’re househunting in Middle Tennessee, one of our listings might be your dream home, and we’d love to have you come by Sunday to look around.

To make it easy, here’s a quick look at our plans for Sunday, Sept. 18. We’ll be hosting open houses at these beautiful homes:

    SUNDAY, 1 – 3 p.m.

    1146 Cahal
    1146 Cahal Ave.
    Nashville, TN 37206
    $499,900

An updated historic cottage on one of 37206’s most convenient arteries, that even comes with an extra lot! The 1940 East Nashville home has lots of classic details, with upgrades that keep the charm but move the function forward — like a bright, beautiful and open kitchen. You won’t have to lift a finger to love this place, and if you’re looking to invest, the lot can be divided for development. Grab more info and photos here, and come by Sunday afternoon to see everything this home has to offer!

    SUNDAY, 2 to 4 p.m.

    2699 Hody

    2699A Hody Dr.
    Nashville, TN 37206
    $474,000

    2699B Hody Dr.
    Nashville, TN 37206
    $474,000

You’ll see a lot of new construction in East Nashville these days, but these two properties are unusual finds, for a bunch of reasons.

2699A Hody Dr. and 2699B Hody Dr. are already perfect for a big Nashville family, with 4 beds and 2 1/2 baths over nearly 3300 square feet of living space. But there’s also a huge amount of expansion potential, with 700 square feet of unfinished basement space, plumbed and wired and ready to go. Thinking you might want to bring in some extra income with Airbnb? Create a spacious music studio? A dedicated spot for movie nights? The possibilities are many.

Other uncommon bonuses: 3-car garages and a location in Fortland Park, less than 500 feet from the greenway entrance.

Everything else you’d expect from a new, high-end home in Nashville is in place and then some: luxury finishes, open layout and details that pay homage to the historic charm of the neighborhood. Stop by Sunday to check them out!

    SUNDAY, 2 – 4 p.m.

    Clovercroft
    9413 Clovercroft Rd.
    Franklin, TN 37067
    $609,000

If you’re looking for space, a green and peaceful piece of property and proximity to Cool Springs and downtown Franklin, 9413 Clovercroft Rd. might be your perfect match. The home is 4300-plus square feet of well-kept, traditional beauty on well over an acre of manicured property, 6 miles to Cool Springs and less than 8 to historic downtown Franklin. There’s a spacious master (up or down), a bright and beautiful, open kitchen, massive deck for outdoor entertaining and a huge flex space to make your own… perfect for a game room, family room, cinema space or anything else you had in mind. Lots more info and photos here — drop by Sunday to see it in person!

Looking forward to showing these homes off this weekend. If you have any questions, we’re always glad to help. (And if these listings don’t quite fit your must-have list, we’d love to show you some other places that might — just drop us a line and tell us about what you’re looking for!)
