Whiskey fanatics: September is your month (it’s Bourbon Heritage Month, specifically), and 3st of the Month has your ideal celebration plans taken care of.
Well, “taken care of” isn’t necessarily true, if you haven’t already snagged your tickets. September 3’s Best of the Barrel 3st installment — which’ll be stocked with some of the best bourbons, whiskeys and scotches from around the world, plus bites from local chefs in partnership with Music City Food + Wine Festival — is definitely the ideal way to celebrate the art of whiskey-making. But for the 10th month in a row, 3st of the Month is also totally sold out.

The September 3st celebration will be held at Marathon Music Works, and it’ll benefit Songs for Sound, a local charity with a heart-grabbing mission: to boost the quality of life for profoundly deaf children by providing access to hearing healthcare — including cochlear impacts and hearing aids.
