Today, all anyone’s talking about, really, is the Grammy Awards, somewhat understandably. Being Nashville Realtors, we’re thinking about all the neighbors returning from L.A. toting trophies (or feeling honored just to be nominated), and getting right back into their home studios to work on new potential Grammy grabs.

Are you among the musical in Music City? Do you maybe need new space to get to work on new Grammy-worthy songs? We’re lucky here, for a lot of reasons, but your kind is particularly lucky that, in Nashville and nearby, it isn’t terribly hard to find a home that already has a studio in place. (Or at least has space that’s studio-ready.)

Below, some Middle Tennessee properties we found that are on the market now, and have potential, simple or totally pro-grade studio spaces.
