Let’s just say it. Nashville is a hot city.

Nashville is being called “Nowville” by Forbes magazine and “The South’s Red Hot Town” by Time.

Well the first quarter numbers are in –

First quarter of 2015 were 6,904 closings; up 12 % from the first quarter of last year.

The average residential price for a single family home during March was $222,400 compared to $195,000 in March of last year.

Inventory was down 2,119 homes in March of this year vs March of last year.
