You’re too late to buy Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher’s Brentwood home

But it’s still fun to look at, no?

According to the MLS listing, the sprawling, Italian Style Villa at 8 Wentworth Place in Brentwood, Tennessee, hit the market about a week before this post, at a listing price of $1.45 million. And with just shy of 7,100 square feet, views of the Governors Club pond, a decked-out home gym and higher-than-high-end details throughout, the place has a lot of selling points.

Which explains why 8 Wentworth Place is already listed as under contract.

Maybe the stately mansion’s biggest selling point, though: Its former residents were reportedly country superstar Carrie Underwood and her longtime Nashville Predators captain husband, Mike Fisher.

The MLS listing doesn’t note that the home was once occupied by some famous folks (since Realtors, for obvious reasons, rarely choose to use famous owners to push a property). But according to entertainment outlet Variety, the Brentwood mansion was once the Grammy-winning singer and her hockey-star husband’s family home.

The talented Nashvillians are reportedly long gone, having picked up a lot more acreage and a lot more privacy out in Franklin, Tennessee, where they’ve been building a dream home for several years now.

What remains: a lot of traditional beauty, from the arched doorways and crystal chandeliers to the shiny marble flooring.

A few of our favorite details from Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher’s (reportedly) former home, via photos from the MLS:

A closet fit for a queen.

A hangout space/man cave fit for… a pretty regular family, surprisingly.

Outdoor entertaining space with a lovely community view.

A great room with some pretty great windows.

Hidden luxury: That’s a Sub-Zero fridge, the envy of any obsessive home cook.
