Bellevue Real Estate

Located along the Harpeth River, Bellevue is an unincorporated area of Nashville roughly 13 miles southwest of the downtown area via Interstate 40, and it is served by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. Established areas along Old Hickory Boulevard and Hwy 70S and around Highway 100 have really grown in population over the last decade and a half.
Bellevue is a popular destination for nature lovers because of several attractions such as the beautiful and expansive Warner Parks and the beginning access point to Natchez Trace Parkway.
Warner parks feature miles of both paved and unpaved trails for hikers and cyclists, and the Natchez Trace Parkway is a multi-state recreational highway providing beautiful scenery for a summer drive with your windows rolled down.
Whether you’ve got a sweet tooth, or a craving for some good southern cooking, there’s a spot for you in Bellevue. Make sure not to miss these local staples, which you won’t be able to find anywhere else.
