Guide To: Charlotte Park Neighborhood in Nashville, TN
One of Nashville’s newest up-and-comers, Charlotte Park defines convenience and promises mega returns, especially if an anticipated four-acre mixed use development continues according to plan at Robertson and Vernon Avenues. Just west of The Nations and northwest of Sylvan Park and Belle Meade, Charlotte Park’s abuts long-established, beloved neighborhoods, an omen we’d bet on.
Life is easy in Charlotte Park where you can easily jump on I-40; find anything you need from Target, Publix, or CostCo; and even take classes less than two miles away at Nashville State Community College. Charlotte Park is also the gateway to Nashville’s private John Tune airport and boat ramps along the Cumberland River.
Spend your day standup paddling or boating from Rock Harbor Marine, and watch the sunset at Blue Moon Waterfront Grille, or enjoy some retail therapy at the Hill Center at Nashville West before picking up hot pho for the family.
You’ll be close enough to The Nations to hop on your bike or take a long walk to several breweries, pizza, barbecue, coffee, shopping, and more without ever crossing a major thoroughfare! With Sylvan Park nearby, you can enjoy the Richland Park Farmers Market by bike, or play tennis on nearby courts. The public McCabe Golf Course and Climb Nashville are also less than 3 miles away, if you want to get in a workout.
Charlotte Park may be the newest kid on the block, but it’s well-rooted in west Nashville with amenities in abundance and nature to enjoy all around.

Architecture and Composition
Most of the area is residential with homes ranging from post-war brick single-family homes to new, modern builds. Historically, Charlotte Park was home to employees of the Ford Glass Plant and their brick homes retain the old charm of the area.
